Dude, that is a pretty depressing scenario.
Im 27 and I moved back home with the rents at 24 to save money...then my dad passed so I figured Id stay to help out and Im still fucking here at 27 years so I cant really talk.
Im a contractor too, I do home remodelling painting, flips, that kind of shit. All the builders I talk to are having a rough year but I've been pretty busy. Then again I dont have a big crew of guys to keep busy, just myself.
