There is currently no means of establishing a stable global government. A UN type model is flawed in that you still do not have true unity, merely factions looking out for their own interests and crippling uniformity. Population growth is a severe problem but the planet is quite capable of sustaining several times the current global population. The real problem is that the population growth is concentrated in third world countries that lack the facilities to properly educate, care for and sustain a population increase. Controlled reproduction rates that you indicated do not hit the heart of the problem, they merely undermine developed nations while maintaining the status quo in less developed nations. The only population controls that would be effective are too controversial to gain widespread acceptance. Nobody wants to accept the fact that people living in squallor who pump out large numbers of kids that they can't support should be erradicated for the collective good. In this case, a little genocide is a healthy thing.

And I don't mean controlled or compelled sexual activity. I mean we should be sterilized until the time comes that we decide we want a child and then and ONLY then should we become unsterilized.

Who Controls the Federal Reserve System?

The Federal Reserve System is divided into two parts: the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, located in Washington DC, and the Federal Reserve District Banks, located throughout the United States. Here is the official website of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors:

If you examine this page, you will see that there are five members of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. You will also see that all five(5) of the board members are Jewish. This is a numerical representation of 100%. Why is this important? It's important because Jews only constitute about 2% of the United States population*. So the odds that all five members of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors would be Jewish are infinitesimal. Here are the five members of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors:

Of course I don't grow my own food, there is snow on the ground eight months of the year and I have no aptitude for it in any case.

Your brand of controlled breeding is quite foolish. We need population growth in developed areas and population reduction in less developed areas. Your system is far too arbitrary, people decide to have children all the time even though they are ill equipped to provide for them.

Resources are being wasted on the third world to "ease suffering" but it is only compounding the problem. Cut off all aid to depressed areas and let the useless masses die off if you don't have the sack to do it cleanly and efficiently.
