yes, exercise good judgment and get that shit fixed!
Acupuncture has helped my various shoulder ailments, but you definitely don't want to do any heavy lifting until you get it fixed. If you have a bone-on-bone situation in your shoulder you could be setting yourself up for a shoulder replacement down the road.
