A good knucle-shuffling on your pisspump is a good way to build forearm and grip strength........I'm just sayin' .

i would have to put tennis and the heavybag at the top of my list. i haven't played basketball for ages, but full court would be a pretty great way to stay in shape. the only thing that sucks about b-ball is that you can't just jump in and play whenever you feel like it. it takes some serious work to get your touch back if you haven't played in awhile. i hate having to shoot nothing but layups or really easy shots or pass it off to a teammate.

i just prefer the basic lifting weights while bangin my fuckin beats. usually it's fuckin corny ass music that nobody would ever work out to but it takes me places and that's what i'm looking for in exercise - a nightly EXPERIENCE. i get tired fuckin quickly on the heavy bag but i think it's pretty fun. if you don't have anywhere to hang one then obviously you'd just have to go to a gym (i recommend LA fitness because they're awesome and don't have contracts) if you want to avoid paying through the nose for a fighting gym membership. I pay $34.99 a month and this place is PLUSH. cardio is fun for me like between minutes 25 and 45, that's kind of when i get that stupid "runner's high" effect or whatever, regardless of the fact that i REFUSE to run, i stick to the low impact shit. cardio is cardio. you can keep your shin splints - the kid boogie needs his gams INTACT. but i like to keep everything at a fun level, when exercise really starts to get miserable i just dread doing it again. i don't care that that's where the real growth happens. i get growth anyway just doing my shit and taking my rest and having a good time. i'm trying to look like a fuckin fitness model, not a kettlebell-using dope like SHEIKH ZUBEER. fuck your real-men-use-kettlebells-and-want-to-be-strong-more-importantly-than-looking-strong shit. if you're not GETTING SEXIE then you stink.

Even though it kind of counts as real training, I always found cardio kickboxing to be fun.

Running - and then dips/pull ups, squats/calf raises, situps/crunches.
Really, tho - going for a nice run is what ususally makes my day. The rest of excercising is work, ya know?

Muscle ups are awesome too if you're strong enough to do them. I can do 2 in a row. Too weak to do any more.
I can knock out 10 sepperately in about 5 minutes.

Its a pull up but after the pull up you muscle up making it a pul up and a push up in one.
It took me about a 2 months of doing 100 pull ups a day to learn how to do that shit. Very hard.
Great for explosiveness.

I wish I was as good as the dude in this video. One who doesnt train in this type of work outs doesnt comprehend how strong that mother fucker is.
His strength to weight ratio is unbelievable.
Muscle ups and kettle bells will make anyone into an absolute animal.

Kettle bells are over-rated.
Body-weight exercises are excellent.
For strength, bench, deadlifts, and squats build you into a tower of testosterone.

4-6 pulls ups is not impressive. You should at least be able to do 10.
Im 185lbs right now and I can still do 20-25 pull ups easy.
And not the weenie ass chin ups. I mean pull ups when your knuckles are facing you and your arms are spread wide a little bit wider than shoulder width.

I know it's not impressive, I have too much muscle mass and not enough strength.
If I go down to 210, I'd probably do 10 pullups.
