I was just getting back to lifting before my injury. Hopefully once it heals up nice i'll be back to powerlifting.

I'm really gonna try and close a #3 Coc by the end of year, ha ha HOPEFULLY.

I am like Turd in that I prefer to work on my cardio.

I run 5 miles every single day which I think is more impressive than benching many pounds. I also lift weights, just not as often as I run.

I love lifting weights. I hit the gym about 4 times a week. Doing compounds like bench, squats, deadlifts and military press.

I run, hike with weights in a rucksack,circuit train pullups, pushups, dips, situps, flutter kicks. Weight train in the gym and at home pretty much everything as well.

I dont do any hardcore gear though like law says he does so my nuts dont fuck up after Im off-cycle, and I dont have to try and use pct to save myself. Using 5iu hgh eod right now and may or may not throw in some andriol a bit later just for a month or so to really get my chest and arms popping for the summer.
