It's possible, but many people hit a plateau after the first three months that is hard to break through. Make sure you aren't OVER-training, be consistent with your supplements, and realize that you have to build considerable strength in you shoulders and triceps to make a big jump like that in your bench pressing strength in a short period of time.

Do you have a strength and conditioning coach? If not, you want to do some research on lifting routines as well. If you stay with the same routine, you are much more likely to plateau.

i have got a very cool guy i work out with who has been lifting for years so he keeps me right and mixes thing up for me

i think 205 is a good target too set but i normaly work 5 sets of 5 at 145 and if i can do all five sets without assistance than i will increase the waight 10 pounds and if i need a little help and the end off the set i will increa by 5 pounds.

if i need lots off help then i will stick with the same waight

If you plateau, start doing sets of 12-15 reps for 2-3 weeks. For my body, if I stick with power reps like you are doing I inevitably hit a wall.

I agree with this 100%

Niven, I am interested in your progress.

Vacation has stopped mine, but I think you will reach this goal easily.

As long as you rest your muscles long enough.

Yeah, listen to Keelar.

It depends on your bone structure as well and body-type.

Do you have thick bones or thick forearms ?

How many blood veins can you count on your forearm when it's engorged with blood ?

Are the veins pulsating and prominent and numerous ?

This will answer how strong you will become.
