Just inject GH. SOme people have a bad knee(s) and cant do a lot of squats. I find widespread pullups pulling all the way up to the chest keeps my core stronger than anything. Mixed with pushups widespread and diamond, dips, situps, and lots of dumbbell bench presses and flys is all I mainly do. Run 3-7 miles 3-5 times a week and feel and look great.

(right now just rehabing shoulder with resistance bands)

Naturally I do something like this.

Stretch

Jump rope and shadowbox

Weights, upperbody

Abs

Weights lower body, legs

Speed bag/ reflex bag/ heavy bag

Sparring Strikes Muay Thai/Boxing

Rolling BJJ/Wrestling/judo/MMA

Jogging time to time

Then after all of that I smoke some weed and watch fights and study and learn new shit to try out next time I train.

Usually do weights again or push-ups before I go to sleep.

My training consists of sparring with my little sisters carebears and hitting my chuck norris heavy bag. I also like to video tape my sessions and have them analyzed by the experts on youtube.
