^ I knew it was hooks. Every n00b has problems with them. I still do the odd time when I get tired and stuff.

Can you post a video of you hitting a HB or BB? I can tell you what you're doing right/wrong.

But yes, it's a technique issue. That happens a lot when you don't make proper contact. Just make sure you don't knuckle bash.

My right wrist is fucked up like crazy. Hooks and uppercuts hurt at times. Its a lot stronger now though.

Different places have different names for it.

It's kinda pointless to point them all out simply because you might think you're doing a certain thing right, when you're not. Or you could think you're doing something wrong when you've got it right.

I searched the web and to my amazement, I actually found a good how to on youtube.

Ha there is no other ones around here..actuallly my guy is good but i havent been down in a few days and this stuff just kinda hit me after my last session..i just thought id throw it out to ye guys in the meantime cos i assumed that id get good responses about it..thanks for the post, the vids are a nice touch
