Smile ** What you have for breakfast ? **

Me, a mushroom and feta cheese omelette with smoked salmon, orange juice, hard boiled egg and 2 slices of Flaxseed Bread, topped with a glass of milk.

Eating that shit makes you wanna work out !

On other days, I go for pancakes/high-fiber cereals and fruit smoothies+Whey protein.

That looks awesome! I'm just having vanilla coffee. Not hungry yet. When I get hungry, will you fly over here and make me that omelet?

It's time for dinner now where I am .... grilled beef, artichokes, brown rice mixed with nuts and raisins, and salad.

I don't mind cooking, but I never have any of that stuff around the house. Just bread, milk, eggs, sugar, pizza, you know? I'll probably just have leftover turkey tacos again today.

You mean pre-packaged frozen pizza ?

It looks like you don't take breakfast seriously, you know what they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day !

I am a health conscious type that exercises alot, so I have a ravenous appetite, and eating good foods makes me feel great, I guess I have time to focus on nutrition as I have flexible hours and really my work is just phone calls and meetings lol

Simple but nutritious foods.

Lactose-intolerant is the term .. I drink a liter of milk on average every day.

What about yogurt niven ?

Yogurt can be eaten even by lactose-intolerant individuals.

This has nothing to do with anything, but came up in Google Images for the "drink milk" query -

Have you tried soy milk? If you like dairy, there are some over the counter things you can take right before you have dairy too.
