Prophet doesn't get our British style humor.
Seriously, I don't have an idea about the contract and whether they are within their rights, as it seems a niche field I never encountered.
I do always support the workers and underdogs though, but protesting ?
I'm sure you can contact newspaper editors and radio stations, and write about this and maybe cause some ruffles.
As long as it's legal whereever you\re from.

Take a stand for yourself, go to the papers, radios, local TV channels, a petition, shit like that, make your case heard, go in front the county with the contract, explain the dispute, how you were treated in your time there, shit like that

What I needed is some insight on protesting and my rights on where I can protest considering that the course is owned by the county and resides on county property…
As far as the contract goes its just 100% bs because like I said they don’t pay me anything and I get paid directly throw the customer and the fact that if they consider me a independent contracture they can not control when where or how I work! But they do in every way! That is agenst the law!
The whole thing about a independent contracture has to do with a balance og give and take between the two… all they do is take. It’s a trick companies use to avoid paying a lot of money ins taxes and l&I umungst other things.
Independent Contractor or Employee

Usually the threat of taking action is enough to scare a company into changing its mind

yes i do meet famous PGA players and future stars.
One of the only benefits I get for caddying there is being able to play for free (it cost any one else $200 to play)
I went to play and when I was about to tee off the caddie manager called me in to go caddie for some guy. There was 4 other caddies there present that could have done it and I would guess atleast 20 that would have loved to get the bag that would have came after a short phone call witch is what happened.
I told the caddie manager I was not here to caddie and that he needs to have some one else do the job. This upset him and he cancelled my contract.
I ended up playing with the guy that they wanted me to caddie for and had a great time, im sure he woulda been pissed if he knew what happened.
