i tore my ACL, did it in wrestling practice, did a greco slam and a guy landed right on my knee and my leg hyper extended, didn't bother going to get it checked out, just stayed off my feet for a month and walked around with a limp, 3 months later drove down to south jersey to get cleared for a fight, they checked out my knee and pointed out that my ACL was torn, saying that it healed well, and if i continued the rehab i might not need surgery

Thats a tricky one - I popped my left PCL years ago in a car accident and it healed mostly right, but not quite, if you know what I mean. Knees are a bitch if they get fucked up.

not regularly, usually when i'm up at Coconut Creek i'll run into him and he coaches but i've only rolled with him on two occassions

I prefer Judo. I have my brown in Judo and do just fine in JJ tournaments. Only been beaten twice in JJ.
