Just start on Rippetoe's starting strength. It will increase your whole body's strength. I just wrote up a whole thread on it.
Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength
There's nothing in the videos I've seen of his that would actually work. Stuff like punching with weights does far more harm than good.

Fully - what you need to remember is that cameldog is based on utter and total freedom of speech.
