Yea Lamar is coming back 100%. They cant sign anyone until July 8th, which is why Artest isnt signed yet.
But both Lamar and Artest have agreed verbally to sign by Jul 8.

Yeah dude lamar is coming back, he's even said he would take a cut to stay....this is his home. He's professed the fact that he wants to be a laker for the rest of his career, hell if you were drafted by the clippers you'd prolly say the same!

I think that Bynum should come off the bench for another season or two.
Let Lamar and Gasol run the Pf and C to begin with. With a beast like Artest at SF, they'll be even deadlier with Bynum coming off the bench.

Lamar will resign. No contracts can be signed until July 8th, thats why Artest isnt signed yet either. So far there have been verbal agreements.
