I dunno, man - all Cleveland really needed was somebody to clog up the middle and grab a board here and there (oh yeah, and scoring more than ben wallace did wouldn't hurt) - Shaq does all of this.
I'm not gonna guarantee a ring, but it puts 'em a LOT closer. IMO

You can't guarentee. a guy like lebron, any player you add to the roster has to fit with him since hes the only reason there a team. if bron feels uncomfortable with shaq down their its going to be a problem.

The biggest problem will depend on which shaq decides to show up, the one that hardly plays all year and then turns it on for the playoffs.......or the shaq that just wants to milk a couple million on his way to retirement hoping that Lebron can carry most of the load for HIS 5th title because Shaq isn't going to take the brunt of the load.
I just think it doesn't fix all of their matchup problems bringing in an undermotivated, lazy shaq.

The thing is, I can guarandamntee that the cavs management checked with LeBron first, and I can almost guarandamntee that he and Shaq talked a bit (or a lot) before LeBron signed off on this.
I still don't think it'll work - Cleveland won't be good enough to beat LA, Houston or San Antonio (and maybe not Denver either) next year.

Lebron is the one who wanted Shaq, ESPN already reported that
THAT's why the Cavs drafted him

Yeah Kobe's the crybaby w/ the title right now which people said he would NEVER win w/o SHAQ.......Kobe is still the best all around player in the league IMO.
Lebron still has some learning to do.....much like Kobe had to do a couple years ago.

Who cares if you think it was a shitty trade they approved it so fuck em.
Don't be a hypocrite and act like you wouldn't be happy about dumping dead weight for a badass big man that can score.
