Aw are you mad the Pistons got left out in the cold?
Jerry West retired from the Grizzlies GM position in 2007, Gasol was traded in 2008.
Nice conspiracy theory tho......no but in all seriousness it really wouldn't suprise me if there was some stinky shit going on w/ the NBA, I don't trust David stern at all.....he's fucking crooked man, there's no way you can convince me that there was only one ref involved in that betting scandal....no fucking way.

The NBA champion Los Angeles Lakers have sold the No. 29 pick in the first round of the NBA draft to the New York Knicks for $3 million

Are you serious?? Fucking Knicks. They could have gotten a pick 3 picks later in the draft (2nd round) for a damn lot less AND not had to pay some piece of shit player who won't make the team a gang-load of guaranteed first round money.
FUCK

Yeah I figured that would happen, Mitch Kupchak said they would pretty much off that pick unless there was some serious talent left on the board....but since they have to focus more on signing Odom and Ariza this is the smart move.
They were talking about Stephen curry going to the Knicks w/ their first pick.

This draft is nowhere deep enough to warrant picking up another 1st round pick, ESPECIALLY one that late in the first. Fuck, I hate being a Knick fan sometimes.

FUCK yeah. Cavs are my second favorite team for sure. If Lakers dont come through, cavs all the way.
Imagine a Shaq/Lebron vs. Kobe finals. Highest ratings ever

Hrm do you think that had anything to do w/ Alston complaining about his playing time during the finals?
Prolly. Good trade for them IMO.....they don't really need him I guess since Nelson will be back next year.

It's pretty much a win-win trade.
What about Stoudamire going to the Warriors?? It's not finalized yet, but they're working on it.
