he looked very impressive at 170 and I dont know much about jansen but that was a brutal KO, the guy was knocked out before he even hit the ground and suffered some serious whiplash

It reminded me of what Matt Riddle did at the TUF7 eliminations.

I did post in another thread, Jansen has only ever fought on the Cage Rage feeder shows before. This was his first fight in Cage Rage proper.

hes supposed to be fighting again in august at icon sport and he said something about cage rage in september....now I dont know the truth to all that, I mean fighting 3 fights in 3 months sounds a little excessive, but he when your 11-10, you need to be above .500 as much as possible

I bet baroni still only has basic submission defense.....that is always going to be his downfall and pretty much the downfall of team hammerhouse for there lack of it

For sure. Baroni will have the power to KO a lot of scrubs at 170 on their feet. The question is can he stay on his feet long enough or top position long enough against the higher level guys. I am not so sure.

hammerhouse has the worst BJJ defense i've ever seen, same thing goes for a lot of team quest too though

the most reason i can't stand most of team quest is because of the amount of excuses they make

chael sonnen for example has like 3 disputed tapouts himself....according to the bylaws of the charter of team quest, they always get screwed out of decisions, they always get premature stoppages and of course they never tap.......
