right click on the link - open it in a new tab
go to new tab
right click on picture - click on save as.....
save it to your computer (I usually go for desktop so I can find it easier)
go to User cp
click on edit avatar or whatever it is
go to choose file, click on that and it will search for the picutre
make it look for the picture on your desktop, click on the picture and
you're done
