btw i know my style is too complicated for you, don't worry, it is for mostly anybody. including pros. even ufc HOF like couture and liddell don't use such technique.

btw if you're boxing, through your H up after each exchange, your H means put your hands up against your chin and keep the elbows tucked, like Tyson. But in mma that defense will get you KO'd. So only use the H with boxing gloves.

Only one person at a time. Like have Jim punch for 3 minutes. Rest then have Jon punch for another 3 ya know. You can have then maybe work knees in too

Hey man anything for someone who likes Randleman lol.

A drill I like to do and it helps a lot. Put on gloves and a mouthpeice. Then have a few training partners of friends put on gloves. Then put your back against a wall and have then just go defense for 3 minutes. So have your friends or who ever punch you at about 50% maybe less and you just use head movement and block, no punching back.

Ill try to find a video of a good footwork one. Its hard to explain without showing lol

Oh and Omens right about going harder. You dont wanna hurt the other guy but you need to be able to see what you can do or how much you can take. What I usually do is start out at about 20% and then gradually work up to about 70%. You dont need to go Chute Boxe and kill eachother tho lol

Hey man I watched the vid. Wear boxing gloves and try to get some shin pads. Always keep your hands up and dont look down when you punched. I noticed you did that a few times. Another thing that helped me on the ground is always attacking even when im not in good position (The other guy usually doesnt expect it, they expect you to just go defensive and then sometimes you catch em off guard)

And with your foot work it looked good most the time. I have a very traditional Muay Thai stance and I can try to give you tips with that if you want

You weren't around for Randlemans fight. I was pulling for him hard. I thought he had it towards the end when he caught whitehead with that punch.
