Cro Cop vs Overeem K-1 rules
Who takes it and why?
I say if it goes to a decision Overeen would get it but Mirko would probably KO him before that, Overeem is great but has been KO'd and dropped plenty of times.
CroCop, but im picking Overeem in the MMA rematch. 
hope Mirko gets him though.

Mirko wins and here's why.
Overeem tends to gas towards the end of fights, and in K-1 (unless it's an absolutely one-sided fight or a KO), fights usually go to the extra round, with the extra round being the deciding factor all by itself. CroCop wins the extra round handily, and it will go to the extra round if Mirko doesn't knock Overeem out, as I don't see Overeem KO'ing CroCop or domintating the fight enough for it to not go the extra round.

well overeem knocked out badr and did really good against remy, at this point I dont see crocop winning a mma match or k-1 as much as I hate to admit it

it depends on which Cro Cop we're getting to be honest, if by some chance we got the OWGP Cro Cop, Mirko wins via whatever the fuck he wants, but i don't want to think about seeing the other mirko
