Bas Rutten is wrong. Most of his weight are on his backleg but it is not hard for him to move back. It's actually easier for him to move back than an orthodox stance. There's no shooting through Machida. A southpaw fighter who is right handed can move alot faster. I'd like to see Rampage shoot through him. It won't work. You can shoot through him only if he attacks first. Once he moves forward, the momentum of that makes it harder for him to go backwards. LOL ppl think they can figure out Machida but it can't be done. YOu can only beat him if you're a southpaw stance and have experience with it. No stupid orthodox move is going to beat that. Maybe if an orthodox fighter switch up for a second. Personally if I was to fight Machida(if I was at that level which I am not), I would use a southpaw stance, kick him with my right leg(less harder kicks but more accuracy), then I would circle to the left until the first instance he circles his left, I race to my right and catch him with the right hook follow by a left straight, finishing off with a right jab.
