What are YOU most stoked about ?
Which fight gets you more excited than the other and if you had a choice to watch one, and not watch the other, which would it be ?
Without a doubt to me, Fedor/Arlovski has me PUMPED beyond any fight since PRIDE.
No UFC event in the last 5 years or the GSP/Penn fight even begans to equal the pump for Affliction  OR to me.

Can't get better than that ...
BJ/GSP is relevant from a rankings standpoint .. how ?
It's an epic battle, a rematch, but not relevant to rankings.

Well, thats if you believe Andrei is the #2 HW on the planet -- I don't feel that way.
Sure its relevant, imagine the mess if BJ beats him? The rankings will be a shitstorm.

BJ/Penn is like the Japanese equivalent of a freakshow -- NO NO, don't get me wrong, I don't mean the fight is a freakshow, I mean the purpose of the fight is to entertain and be a PPV earner, two UFC Champions against each other.
But it plays no part in rankings or their respective divisions.

Its like picking the Rock vs. Rey mysterio over the Rock vs. Hulk Hogan
Or Mike Tyson vs. Klitcho over Tyson vs. Ali
Doesnt make sense from any MMA fan to choose Affliction over UFC

I always find it amazing that people think Penn is a legend. IMO he is one of the most overrated fighters.

First fighter to hold two belts in two weight classes, always fights above his weight and holds his own. Still has a winning record, became a BJJ black belt in 3 years, becamse a world champion in BJJ in 3 years, and the FIRST American to ever do it. The best BJJ and best boxing in MMA.

What's so impressive there ?
Fedor has been much more impressive in his career.
BJ is cutting alot of weight, of course it's easier to cut less weight and just fight with cutting less.
Hell, BJ wouldn't stand a chance against most of the fighters Fedor's beaten, and it doesn't have to do with weight.
