A sexy host (Rachelle Leah)

A look into a fighter's training and diet

Some history

Countdown simply does not have the detailed look of all acces.

Does anybody know more?

i really don't know, i always liked it though, the Countdown shows have gotten a lot better though

I believe Rachelle Leah was filming a movie so they put it on hold until she gets back.

I'm sure they'll be promoting the hell out of her playboy coming out.
