Wrestlers who have been doing it since they were 5 and all through high school or college are some of the most mentally tough athletes in any sport. There isn't a sport where you train harder than wrestling. There isn't a sport mentally tougher than wrestling.

yeah wrestlers are athletic, mentally tough and their techniques apply very well to mma...whats the point saying oure bjj is better than pure wrestling?? at the end of the day this is call MIXED martial arts for a reason
