Kazja, serious question here. Do you think all the shenanigans you've pulled over the years with ripping off other companies names, changing the spelling or adding a word, will hurt your case against the UFC?

They could bring up "Tapout Taco", "Nokout", "Tapoutindaufc", "Chute Boxe Fighters", the list goes on and on with your companies names that are all rip offs of other legit mma lines. That shows a pattern of behavior on your part. They could bring all that up plus all the cease and desist orders you've been served with by these other companies and belive me, it will hurt your case. You've shot yourself in the foot here Kazja.

Chute Boxe fighters is different than Karate fighters or kung fu fighters. One is a fight team/business, the others are martial arts disciplins. Very different.

That's like saying Red Devil Fighters or Team Jackson fighters is the same as a shirt that says Karate fighters.
