Fedor has awesome offensive and defensive striking. How often do you see him take a clean punch? Remember how he checked or slipped every kick thrown by Cro Cop?
You also forget that Fedor has well rounded striking. The guy can throw kicks with perfect form but rarely uses kicks or knees because he doesn't need them.

I wasn't serious man.
I will say he's not a top 5 striker, but he's not as bad as I made him seem.
He has a lower SApM than Machida, of course his striking defence is amazing.

I wasnt judging Murs striking off of him hitting pads. I was saying he looks in phenomenal shape. Mur has already proved he has good striking from his Nog fight. It can only get better
