2. Who the fuck are you to judge a legend like fedors striking? What world class strikers have you coached? Whats your striking credentials? Mother fucker, Fedor is a great striker. His striking is effective for MMA which is what matters. He throws quick hooks, the fear of the takedown, awesome reflexes, very savvy in the stand up, meaning he knows how to defense against kicks, knees, punches, etc. His offense isnt versatile, but its effective.

Fedors type of striking has even been proven effective in K-1. Rampage went in there with atrocious striking, a pure brawler and took out Abidi. Bob sapp went in there taking out Hoost and shit.

Just because people dont follow your traditional striking, doesnt mean they are bad. You need to open your mind a little more and understand that the arts that you train in arent the only arts in the world.

Is he on the level of Machida or Anderson silva? no. Is he a top 10 striker in MMA? yes.
