Those Zuffa boys and their bug-eyed lawyers and ip rights means no posting full UFC or WEC fights on this board, or any TUF episodes.

Theoritically, it isn't, or shouldn't be OUR responsibility, it's the video hosting provider, the videos aren't actually hosted on our server but linking to it.

Wellz, that's the legal argument !

Go argue with Youtube and Google we always tell those litigious types , we got better shit to do.

Posting DREAM, WVR, and EliteXC fights are OK .. unless further notice is given ( obviously, in the Challengers forum)

Posting PRIDE highlights and vids is Ok ... unless we get direct request from the Zuffa boys, it's staying up , WAR !

Oh, and a hearty "Screw you" to Sherdog, drown in Camel-jizz !

Yes.

The Sheikh personally would say 'screw you' to Zuffa, unfortunately our hosting providers (and most American web hosts) are easily persuaded with threats and bluffs and have weak-knees.)

I mean, cereally, we are just LINKING to videos, the same way Google links to subjects with a search.

Why don't they sue Google for showing the links ?

well they are encoded to x264 so its not like those stupid 20GB dvr caps or whatever but i usually keep the intros and shit in there so Chuck vs. Wanderlei for example is 992 MB. Oddly enough, Wanderlei vs. Jardine is 415 MB...the fucks up with that?
