So again another example where you could've sued the UFC and you didn't.
Why don't you sue the UFC for this? Why didn't you sue them for using your Octagon? Why didn't you sue them when they "Wrongly" accussed you of trademark infringement? Why didn't you sue TapOut for the same thing? Why didn't you go to court to fight your injunction? Why didn't you sue the CSAC if their Injunction was illegal.
Seems that in the real world on the streets you just kinda lay down and let this shit happen, then bitch about it 8 years later on an internet forum. Keyboard warrior much?
