Yeah realize that, but neither of them really explode for the double- or single-legs and drive. . . they both give up on their attempts pretty quickly and just generally grapple very conservatively.

i guess the whole thing with ADCC is you gotta be really careful, they score things differently, you don't wanna make some dumb mistake and give up your back, or a leg lock or something

makes excuses for everything, in his book he says in the first fight with BJ he was winning the whole time before he got choked out, he said he was winning the 2nd fight with GSP until he got kicked in the balls twice and that's what caused him to get KO'd, and he said he won the first two rounds against BJ in the 2nd fight

I keep trying NOT to hate Hughes. I mean he was the most dominant champ the UFC ever had. He does charity work. He's had a bad time of it the last year or so, losing his title to GSP, Getting shit-talked on national Television by Serra, and then over and over again when they coached against one another. Splitting with Militech, Losing AGAIN to GSP, losing to Pitbull(I wonder what that excuse will be? prolly Thiago's five lbs.)..no one even interviews him anymore without asking when he'll retire....
but he's just such a fuckin fake arrogant dickhead.
