Smoothies
Smoothies are awesome and a great way to get healthy shit into your body. And also if you're eating healthily and have a sweet tooth they can be a great replacement for dessert/puddings.
Anyway going to post a few recipes of smoothies I have concocted.
Make your own too then you can make sure you know everything that goes into them.

I've had variations of that twice today.
I am Cameldog's resident Health Consultant.
I'll have all you dogs drinking green tea and drinking smoothies soon enough.

Sunflower seeds, almonds, unsalted nuts, fruits, low fat sour cream with chopped fresh chives with sliced cucumber, carrot to dip in it.

Also from the other thread I see you like pizza.
You can make an awesome healthy alternative to pizza - muscle building too!
Whip up 3 large eggs, pour into a pan on low heat with olive oil.
Once the eggs have started to set grate low fat cheese on top along with vegetables like mushrooms, green peppers, onions, tomato, cooked meats. Then pop under the grill for 5 minutes. Toppings of your choice basically.

True, I have a popcorn maker. Organic popcorn in that makes a great snack. Forgot that one.
