Just vitamins right now. But I swear by Nitric Oxide. I am a fan of the 'Animal' line of Universal supplements so Animal Pump is my favorite. It has some really high quality creatin in it, too. The powdered crap makes my stomach hurt, but the creatin tablets don't. The packs are really convenient and the pricing and dosage is one of the best out there.
But, yeah. I am a Animal Pak nuthugger. All of them I have tried are awesome. The multivitamin's have 12 huge horse-pills. Serious Bidness. And the ones that can damage your liver are usually packaged with milkthistle to protect you and anti-estrogen for the testosterone boosters etc. A lot of the stuff other companies don't add to theirs.

got these at target origin is the brand name, odorless omega 3 fish oil 1200mg I got a container of 100 i forget how much they were like 7-9 bucks. I just take that with my multivitamin and have to say i seem to be feeling better since i started taking them dont know if thats placebo or what. I dont even want to find out what the fish taste is like so i opted for no taste instead. More nutrition stuff fuckers, healthy food and recipes you like? keep this thread going!!!!!!
