well, i definitly want to get stronger... last night i couldnt finish any subs even after i had them sunk because i was litterally that weak. ive been eating like crap and not training at all, so i need to get a lot stronger. BUT im also not trying to look like she man so... what do you think Jar?

If you are looking to get stronger, and not maintain. You should go with what Sins is saying IMO.

125grams is not a lot to pull off. Protein shakes can have up to 52 grams. Drink one when you wake up and after you work out.

You should consider lifting weights. You don't have to be manly about it. Just lift low weights high reps.

I suppose I'll rephrase - if you're working out a lot and your body will use the protein constantly, 1g per pound per day. HOWEVER, if you are not working out a lot (cause too much protein that isn't being used, supposedly is bad for ya - or so I've heard on numerous occasions), divide your weight in 1/2 and minus 10 for how many grams to intake per day. Example - if you weigh 120, you want 50 grams per day (120/2 = 60 - 10 = 50.

I'm not sure how absolutely accurate tbat is, but that's how it was broken down to me.

2. increase water intake.
3. daily vitamins
4. increase cardio activity
5. decrease overall caloric intake
