Here is my eating plan for now, been on it for awhile.

Meal 1) 1 cup blueberries, 3oz dry oatmeal, 10 egg whites
Meal 2) 5oz chicken, 2 cups veggies
Meal 3) 5oz chicken, 1 ½ cup brown rice
Meal 4) 6oz buffalo (or 5oz chicken), 1 ½ cup brown rice
Meal 5) 6oz buffalo (or 5oz chicken ), 4 oz steamed potato w/ skin on, 1 cup veggies
Meal 6) 1 cup cottage cheese, 2oz natural unsalted almonds

It takes work -- lots of food prep and it helps to have a deep wallet. I eat about 4 chicken breasts a day and go through a shitload of eggs.

70 egg "whites" hahaha -- yea its alot. I just buy the 2 liter jugs of egg whites at Costco.

hands down, the best way to increase the metabolism and lose body fat (and keep it off) is by increasing your activity levels along with a small reduction in calories (less than 500/day).

by simply eating regular wholesome foods like vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fat.....and learning to listen to when your body is actually full instead of overeating....you will lose 1 1/2 - 2 pounds a week and rev up your metabolism by burning 1000/calories a day doing some cardio training. you'll feel stronger, more alert, and want to stick to that program. if you feel like shit when you're trying to lose fat, you're 100% going to gain it all back and then some.

Six small meals a day, each with a serving of high-protein with send your metabolism into overdrive -- you are burning calories without even being active. Then you add a routine of cardio and lifting to that and you're gold.

Be careful though, if you are losing more than 2lbs a week there is a good chance you are not only losing fat but also losing muscle. You need to figure out your ideal caloric intake (based on weight and daily activities) -- if you (or anyone) would like to know how to do this, just request it in this thread and I will help you out.

Broken help me. Im serious.

I weigh 168, 6'0 tall. I used to be pretty muscular at 185, but i stopped lifting for a couple months. Now im getting skinny like a crack head.

How much protein intake, calories, fat should I take daily?

I want to be lean like at 190ish. Im not trying to get blown up like Brock Lesnar. Just more of a lean build. Know what I mean?

Alright Smoker.

So I need from you:

Current weight: 168lbs (if that is correct)
Caloric expenditure from daily activities (ie. work): just tell me if your job is sedentary, office work, some activity or hard labor.
Strength training: number of minutes per week you spend lifting weights.
Aerobic training: number of minutes per week you spend running, biking, sports etc.

Get me those numbers asap and be honest.

And Smoker, you should be doing more cardio than 2 hours a week dogfucker. 30 mins a day, its fuck all do it.

And, if you are serious about gaining weight and what you are putting in your body buy a food scale. Sounds gay but you need it.

and to add on to that. At one point I busted my ass for 3 months lifting hard and I didn't even gain any weight. You have to make sure to eat lots and lots of food.

I am starting to eat a lot now and only after 2 weeks I have noticed more of a difference in my body than I did in the 3 months.

I heard too much cardio results in muscle loss. I see huge guys at my GYM who never go on tred mills or anything.

The cardio I do is fine. I sweat my ass off, my legs were sore. Its good right now.
