The Twinings ones are good. The Orange & Lotusflower green tea by Twinings is by far the best tasting one I have found. Pineaplle & Grapefruit a close second.
Fill your boots gents!

So high reps in ones workout, small meals every 3 hours, and green team seem to be the most popular ways to boost ones metabolism.
What exactly are clean carbs and what are good examples of them?

if i'm trying to lose weight, i try to eat lots of vegetables and just a little bit of starch. the fiber helps to slow down the release of sugar into your blood and keeps your insulin more steady, which is really important to lose weight and control your hunger. eat as many servings of vegetables as you want. fruits are good too, but don't go overboard. blueberries, strawberries, pears, peaches, apples are very good.
i find that fruits and veggies help recovery and energy during workouts too because of their alkaline effect on the body.
carbs like quinoa, millet, couscous, and barley are also excellent substitues for rice. boiled plantain and squash are wonderful low calorie/low glycemic substitues for potatoes.
low glycemic just means that it doesn't cause your insulin level to spike and then drop--it keeps it more even. if you're trying to lose weight, opt for carbs with a low glycemic index like the ones i've mentioned.

I was confused for a bit, I went back to work and gained 5 lbs! Then I realized its all water weight.
4 500ml water bottles = 2L of water = 2kg or 4.4 lbs in weight.
also drinking like a litre of green tea a day as well = 2.2 lbs
I'm at 183-185 lbs now, so I've lost over 25lbs in the last 2 months
Then my scale broke!!!
Gotta get a new one!
Started to lift weights more seriously now.

Exactly.
Here are foods I eat every day:
Chicken breast, bison, tuna, salmon, blueberries, almonds, cottage cheese, leafy greens, brown rice, baby potatoes, egg whites, oatmeal. And thats aboout it -- other than free foods like mushrooms, cucumbers, peppers, etc.
I eat 6 times a day, within an hour of waking up and every 3 hours after that.
Another big thing is WATER -- I drink 4 liters a days, every day.
