Oh and do anal.

No anal and I don't run because I walk with my dogs who are very small and would get very tired running the whole way.

Walking is going to help if you do it for at least 30 minutes.

Besides, it's better than just sitting or laying down.

Beisdes, you get fresh air, your dogs are calm, and you can get stuff off your mind.

I really love walking. It's very relaxing. I don't even bring my Ipod. I live in the country so I love listening to the sounds of nature, smelling the fresh air. It's really a piece of heaven on earth.

I fucking hate walking. I have to do it alot cause I dont have a car right now. The only time I like walking is if I am exploring or something like in a forrest or mountains. Other than that, fuck it.

We have 33 acres of woods behind our house so that is usually where I go walking. My father made a nice trail so I don't get lost or go off track. It's pretty awesome. I see deer and all different types of birds. It's beautiful, I love nature.
