I am lazy so I prefer the Aminal Paks. They are reasonably priced for what you get and you can mix different packets and they are pretty convenient. The had one for joints that had the glucosamine and condroitin and flax seed oil. One that is a really manly multi-vitamin pack. By manly I mean eleven horse pills. (The goal is to be able to swallow the whole pack in one swallow.) But my favorites were a Nitro/ Creatin pack called "Animal Pump" that gave you the huge pump like no-explode but theoretically used the pump of the nitro to deliver the creatin. Also they have an AWESOME one called Animal M-Stack and it has these things called Methoflavones or some shit like that (I can find links if anyone wants them my chemistry spelling sucks.) They warn in one place not to do more than three cycles of that stuff. That is the shit that makes your eyebrow ridge and jaw grow! If you take that shit for a while it changes the shape of your face! If you are training to fight it is great though because your face grows in all the right ways. Jaw is less likely to break and punches are deflected from damaging your eyes... Weird shit.

Here is a link. Their website is hilarious:

Dude ... M-Stack does not change the form or structure of your face.

M-Stack seems to be an amino acid/creatine mix.

Only hormones do that - like HgH, and testosterone and it's derivatives.

M-Stack contains Methoxyisoflavone, but i haven't read anything about it changing your facial features (which only hormones do, and according to what I've read, Methoxyisoflavone is not a hormone)

Plus, the majority of these supplements are totally fake and nothing but sugar and caffeine to make you feel 'alert' and try to pretend to be something they're not.

Some things are real - creatine, whey protein, and steroids.

Lots of other shit is just a can of placebos, caffeine, and sugar, and a waste of time.

The supplements business is about making money - most of their products are utter bullshit, which the masses eat up because they don't know a thing about nutrition, strength training, and how the human body works.

The reality is, a good diet, rest, and strength program is all that's really needed for most to achieve excellent results.

Most people just don't eat right, or understand when , and what to eat.

I am looking for a study right now to show you that they did on rats. It is insane. That stuff is the shit. They had rats treading water 45 min longer than a controll group after 3 weeks with no exercise.

I have taken all kinds of shit though and was stacking it all together when I was training professionally. Some of them were pro-hormones and shit, too... maybe I got the same batch as Sherk, right? But it was when I used the m-stak I had all that crazy shit happen.

HgH ?

I didn't see any mention of HgH in the product review at Animal Pak's website.

False advertising ?

I can't find this picture or study I am looking for damn it. They showed skinned rats from the control group and the flavone group and the flavone group look like a bunch of little Arnold rats... it is absolutely insane.

Another test was conducted to determine actual differences in strength and endurance in which animals were weighed down with an additional 3 grams per 100 grams of bodyweight in a swimming test forced to exhaustion. Over a 45 day period, calories were kept the same for both the Ipriflavone-consuming and non-Ipriflavone-consuming groups. The results speak for themselves: the animals on Ipriflavone were able to swim for 33 minutes longer than the untreated animals before going under for good! This conclusive experiment shows the incredible ergogenic effects of this potent anabolic compound. Ipriflavone dramatically increases endurance!

You can easily tell when the study reads more like an advertisement than a 'study.'

When the have exclamation points, and words like 'amazing', that tells you something!±

That said, you have have experienced results .. but, it could have been to other factors - were you taking other supplements at the time ? How old were you ? Did you train hard while taking it (placebo effect )

The thing is, all these studies are really just advertisements, they are written like advertisements., so that's a red light.

I did a search just to see people's reviews of it, and you have half who say it did NOTHING, and half who say it did SOMETHING.

Read the reviews and stuff yourself. The bodybuilder site is pretty impartial. Like I said take it or leave it I am just sharing what I know and have experienced from it. The ridge on the top of my head grew by several millimeter, my eyebrow ridges and jaw too. I have fucked around with tons of shit though and some of it could have been "tainted". (shrug)
