Yeah it does. I've been on all sorts of shit like (Aderall, Straterra, Lithium, Ritalin) when I was a younger. I wasn't interested in becoming dependent on Pre******ion Drugs for my ADHD. Most of them also suppressed my appetite which was one of the reasons I wasn't growing and gaining weight. So I stopped completely.
The Focus Formula has DHA, Ginko, DMAE, ALA and some other stuff. I also take Gaba. It takes a while to work (maybe a week) but it works

I take Whey Protien and EFA's.
When I'm reducing bodyfat I swear by Maximuscle Promax Diet. Expensive but that shit melts the fat off with the right exercise/diet.

I take No-Explode pre work out/sparring session, and Cell Mass post workout....No-Explode gives me a huge boost and I feel like I could stop a train, and Cell Mass simply prevents my muscles from tensing up and becoming sore the next day.

I was taking the Xynergy brand products--Xenergy, Xelerate and XProtein. They worked great, but they are getting hard to find. Now I'm using mostly Hydroxycut for taking weight off and MuscleMilk for muscle building.

does that mean that eating $7.40 worth of Taco Bell is a bad idea when on the shelf due to extreme leg soreness from leg day? damn i hope not
but seriously i lost fuckin 85 pounds on just an airdyne bike, a MOSTLY clean diet, whey protein, and fish oil + flaxseed oil. maybe just 2 months or so on the last 2 because i'm too lazy to go buy more. then i joined a gym like 2 months ago and eat a clif bar before and a met-rx big 100 colossal (peanut butter caramel crunch - identically like a candy bar with 31g protein) afterwards. now i throw an extra 52g of whey onto the post workout just to see if it'll help because i didn't think 31 was nearly enough.
i'm basically just at an LA Fitness trying to get in TOTAL COSMETIC shape before i start actually training to be in FIGHTER shape. while sitting around all day watching THE WORLD'S FINEST PIRATED INSTRUCTIONALS after getting fired from my job. and my diet is half-garbage and i'm still doing pretty well, basically just lifting 4-5 days a week and doing cardio MAYBE twice a week like a lazyass. so i don't know how much supplementation will help me where i'm at right now but it can't possibly hurt so i think i'll go blow some money on some shit you guys recommend.
