New to the thread and would love some opinions.
Im not 100% sure if this is were I should ask this and if it isnt i apologize.
Im 5'10 and about 175lbs, i know that may not sound that bad, but I got some fat left on around my stomach chest area with the dreaded moobs lol, not to big but knowing their there sucks. A friend and I have been motivated to entering a Muay Thai school around our area that has a class for competition.
So basically what I am wondering is what would be a great diet/excercise routine to start building muscle and endurance?

well to build muscle you need a high protein diet. endurance is best made through HIGH intesity cardio workouts. For example go to the gym and get on a treadmill and put it on the highest incline and put on the speed at a high speed and sprint as hard as you can till you cant do it anymore. continue that and your endurance will build up. if your looking for big muscle gains, you want to lift weights 4 times a week and focus on a different muscle each time....remember to lift heavy with LOW reps. I also recommend getting on some supplements to...start with a mens multivitamin, Fish oil,CLA tonalin,Whey Protein and Creatine. CLA tonalin is a great fat burner and its been scientifically proven that CLA tonalin combined with Whey Protein And Creatine had Bigger Muscle Growths than people just taking creatine or protein alone. Every Supplement I have listed has been Proven to help muscle growth and lose fat.....

Just go to your Muay Thai place everyday. If your trainers are any good you'll get into shape just by being there. Use common sense when you eat, it's not too complicated. Eat 2 grams of protein for every pound you weigh.

No you don't. Unless you think 10 percent of your diet coming from protein is high? I personally wouldn't recommend anything higher than that.
