Anyone who think Lashley , Brock, and Carwin got to the way they are from weights and protein drinks should be sterilized and shot.
They all used MASSIVE amounts of Hgh and steroids.

Dude, Brock was caught with a huge parcel of HgH over 10 years ago.
He was a pumped up, roided WWE wrestler.
He was using steroids since he was 16/
Many wrestlers start using steroids in high school, and Brock is one of em
All WWE wrestlers on the juice.

They do not test for HgH.
In the WWE., Brock was on HgH and steroids.
He's probably on HgH now only - which still gives many of the same benefits as steroids.
Think Syllvestor Stallone in his 60s and using HgH.

Kirill is a chubby fool and didn't do weight-lifting to build his muscles while on the juice.
Fedor was bodybuilding for a long time, that's how he got to be a HW.
Fedor FIRST developed his body through bodybuilding and established a powerful core, then trained MMA specific exercises and kept essential muscle mass.
Kiril never probably even did any serious weight-lifting/.
